I had a lovely stay at Le Metropole, with its beautiful, historic charm and friendly staff. although there were some issues with parking and a lack of fresh fruit at breakfast. The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Alexandria, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were simply amazing. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, my overall experience was quite enjoyable.

Le Metropole's central location made it perfect for sightseeing. I could easily walk to various historical landmarks, yet it was quite noisy at times given the bustling area.

I had a mixed experience at Le Metropole. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Alexandria. and the view from my room was lovely. However, the hotel certainly shows its age with some maintenance issues and a few service hiccups that could be improved.

My room was spacious with a beautiful sea view, but the windows didn't close well, allowing street noise in during the night. The decor had that classic heritage charm, but more comfortable seating would have been nice.

The staff, especially Passant and Rana, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the management that left a less than favorable impression.

Breakfast served on the rooftop offered great views, and the food was decent. However, I found the area a bit crowded and not as clean as it could have been. More attention to detail in dining areas would enhance the experience.

The hotel provides good facilities like room service and tours, but I did notice some maintenance needs, like in the bathrooms where things felt outdated.

My stay at Le Metropole was a mix of highs and lows. The location in the heart of Alexandria is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the coast and local attractions. However, the hotel itself felt a bit worn down, with some issues like a malfunctioning shower and inconsistent internet connectivity. Overall, it showed promise but needs attention to reach its potential.
Rooms

The room size was decent, but it was quite old and had some maintenance issues like a shower that didn't work well and inconsistent hot water. The decor felt dated, but the bed was comfortable.

My stay at Le Metropole was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel's antique decor and charming atmosphere transported me to another era, and the location was stellar, right on the Corniche. However, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly during dining. From the check-in process to the restaurant experience, I felt that staff training could be significantly improved to match the hotel's elegance.

Service was hit or miss. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others seemed untrained, especially in the restaurant. My check-in experience was slow, and I faced issues at dinner that soured the evening.

The location is unbeatable for those who love a bustling city atmosphere. With great sea views and plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops, it was fun to explore Alexandria from this spot.
Dining

Dining at the Skyview restaurant was disappointing. The food was decent, but the service was disorganized, and there were communication errors with our orders. I found better dining options nearby, which overshadowed the hotel's offerings.
Facilities

The hotel amenities include standard options like room service and laundry, which were helpful. However, I felt the overall facility expectations didn't fully match the luxury ambiance that the hotel project.
